When founders Billy and Stacey Dim got married, they merged their
passions, winemaking, wine drinking and all things Summer, to create
Summer Somewhere Wines, a natural, organic, and sustainable wine
company. Billy has over 16 years’ experience in the wine industry
acting as a principal in winemaking, production, operations,
management, and sales. He is an accomplished Winemaker and Sommelier,
which led him to develop his innovative wine platform, Blendtique in
2012. Dim has managed reputable wine and restaurant programs and is
currently CEO and Winemaker of both Blendtique Wine Company and Summer
Somewhere Wines.
Summer Somewhere hand-selects fruit from some of the most coveted
organic, biodynamic and sustainably farmed vineyard sites throughout
Santa Barbara County and the Central Coast. These exceptional sites
advocate natural growing practices and factor in soil, topography, and
climate to elevate the quality of fruit.
