Group Sales Policy Terms & Conditions: Group discount is per person and is not combinable with retail promotions available at time of booking. C$70 Group deposit is per stateroom (C$35 per person) and does not signify that cabins are being held for the group. The total number of beds sold at Group rates (to one or multiple groups for the same agency) for any given sailing will be collectively limited to 50% of the vessel capacity, unless otherwise agreed. A Part Charter proposal may be requested to replace the Group agreement if the Group wants to exceed 50% of vessel capacity. (Note: FIT bookings cannot be added to Groups in order to exceed the 50% limit). Single occupancy is limited to 20% of the total cabins booked in the group. Tour conductor credit is based on the average cruise only fare (fare minus allowances, discounts and commission) of all booked staterooms on the group For Europe Groups, earn 1 Tour Conductor Credit (cruise-only) for every 9 full-fare (double-occupancy) paying cruise guests, with the value applying to the 10th cruise guest. For Egypt Groups, earn 1/2 Tour Conductor credit for every 7 full-fare (double occupancy) paying guests (cruise and land), with the value applying to the 8th guest; earn 1 Tour Conductor credit for every 13 full-fare (double occupancy) paying guests (cruise and land), with the value applying to the 14th guest Egypt complimentary (Tour Conductor excludes intra-Egypt airfare). Tour conductor credit can also be applied to the group as additional commission. If paid as additional commission, the amount will be paid on a net basis and paid after the cruise departs. Tour Conductor Credit will not be protected in the event of a cancellation causing the group to fall below 10 full fare guests, unless cancellation is at 100% penalty.
