Selina Wank:
Corporate Wellness Host
I was born in Germany but grew up traveling and living in
various countries including Brazil and South Africa. A former
professional equestrian endurance racer, I earned my degree in
Sports Science and became passionate about working with both
high-performance and disabled track athletes. I have also
participated in Ironman events and several multi-day and
adventure races – the longer, the tougher, the better. Now, I
happily travel from ship to ship to oversee AmaWaterways’
wellness activities and ensure our standards remain at the
highest level.
Tiago
My name is Tiago Silva Monteiro, and I am from Porto, Portugal.
I have a Master’s Degree in Sports Education and have always had
a great passion for wellness and fitness from a very early age.
My main focus is to pass on my knowledge and skills to others
and also to show people that with a healthy mindset, great
change is possible! I see the whole body as an interlinked
system of muscles that I like to challenge and improve through
things like yoga, Pilates and positive thinking.
Damian
Physical activity has always been an essential part of my life.
It is not only my job, it is my passion and way of life. I am a
qualified fitness instructor, personal trainer and spa and
wellness therapist born in Poland. I graduated from the
University of Physical Education and Sport in Gdansk and
completed a master's degree in Tourism and Recreation. I love
helping people achieve their fitness-related goals. Soccer is my
favorite team sport but I also enjoy swimming and mountain
biking. I am eager to welcome you at my classes and hope to see
you on board soon!
Roman
Born in New Castle of Slovakia, I studied Fitness and Massage in
Bratislava. Following my studies, I opened my own fitness and
massage studio, focusing on one-on-one sessions to help people
improve their wellbeing and fitness. I gathered a great variety
of knowledge in my last 10 years in the fitness and wellness
industry with a slow move toward tourism wellness. My greatest
passions in life are my work and participating in extreme
sports. I love to educate, motivate and help people reach their
personal goals and look forward to seeing you in my classes or
at Hospitality Desk hours during your cruise.

I have always had a passion for sports and also for cooking and
I managed to combine those dreams of mine in order to guide
people to reach a balanced and healthy lifestyle. I also love to
travel and by behind here I can combine all three of my passions
and be part of your active cruise experience. It will be a

My name is Erni and I come from Romania. At five years old I
began participating in aerobic gymnastics and my passion for
exercising has grown ever snice. I moved to London in order to
obtain my Advanced Diploma in Personal Training and have since
then devoted my time to always furthering my knowledge in
fitness and wellbeing. I am to provide an active cruise
experience and look forward to meeting you in one of my classes.
Milos
I come from the capital of Serbia, Belgrade, where an active
lifestyle is deeply engrained in us. My passion for wrestling
growing up evolved into a love for fitness, which led me to
explore a great variety of sports throughout my life. During
your river cruise I will create an enjoyable workout environment
for guests of all levels and hope my positive energy shines
through during my classes on the exceptional AmaSiena.

As a Portuguese physical education teacher, I try to inspire
people to live their best life – one that is healthy and
fulfilling. A competitive water sports athlete for most of my
life, I have a passion for Sport Science and related topics. It
is truly a part of my DNA. I am confident that I will add a more

I was born in Cherkassy, Ukraine. Although I began with economic
studies, I have changed my career path and am devoting my life
to sports. I represented my university in several competitions.
In my six years of experience in the field, I have become an
expert in offering a great variety of classes, from sunrise yoga
to Zumba dance, which I look forward to sharing with you on
board AmaSonata.

Hailing from Portugal, Gonçalo brings a grounded, natural
approach to wellness. His love for padel (a racket sport),
